We are very happy to see patients with any or no insurance
coverage. We currently participate with Medicare, Medicaid, and most private
health insurances. Currently we are not participating providers for Aetna, United Health Care or Cigna. If you have coverage
with one of these companies we are still more than happy and able to see you,
but you may need to consult your health insurance policy document to find out
what your financial obligation will be. However, our contracts with insurance companies change from
time to time, so please call to check the current situation, and our staff will
be happy to discuss this with you. We are also happy to discuss financial
arrangements for any portion of the bill that is due from you, including payment plans and Care Credit.
Please see below for our Financial Policy document, which
you will be asked to review and sign when you attend for your first visit. Please remember to have any insurance card(s) with you at your visit. |
